Application:

The PE film/PP woven bag crushing washing recycling line is used to recycle waste PE agricultural film (ground film, greenhouse film), PE household waste film (plastic bags, shopping bags, garbage bags), PE industrial waste film (stretch film), and PP woven bags (cement bags, tote bags, and ton bags). The collected waste PE film and PP woven bags are crushed, friction washed, rinsed, and dehydrated to produce clean, uniform plastic film flakes. These flakes serve as raw material for recycled plastic pellets, which can be widely used in blow molding, injection molding, and other fields, achieving resource recycling.

Process:

Shredding → Sand removing → Crushing → Friction washing → Sink float washing--Drying → Pelletizing
