Application:

The PP food container hot washing recycling line is specifically designed for processing highly oily, odorous, and brittle disposable PP food containers, yogurt cups, etc. Through a series of physical and chemical processes, it transforms them into clean PP flakes and sheets, providing high-quality raw materials for subsequent recycling, granulation, and the production of new products.

Addressing the characteristics of PP food containers—heavy stains, strong oil odor, and brittleness—it employs a triaxial hot washing system. This system combines appropriate mechanical agitation and stirring with the combined effects of chemical agents and heat to achieve thorough cleaning without blind spots, resulting in excellent cleaning effects while minimizing waste and powder. After washing, the fragments are free of yellow flakes, oil stains, and have minimal odor.
